The chef shot to fame with his drool-worthy recipes that played a pivotal role in his 80lb weight loss journey, all thanks to a low-carb diet regime. Healthline notes that such diets typically cut down on high-carb or sugary foods like confectionery, starchy items, and processed grains.

Ingredients
- 1.5oz cream cheese
- One low-carb tortilla
- 1.5tbsp pesto
- ¼ cup shredded chicken (cooked)
- Three tbsp tomatoes (halved)
- ⅓ cup mozzarella (shredded)
- Butter
Method
- To start making this tasty treat, simply spread the cream cheese and pesto on a tortilla. Then, add the chicken, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
- Next, tightly roll up the tortilla and brush the outside with butter. Cut the rolled tortilla into thick slices – you should get around six pinwheels from this.
- Place the pinwheels into a lined airfryer, and cook at 200°C for around six to eight-minutes. Cool before serving and enjoy!
