Wowcher’s Mystery deals have become a huge hit with ‘pot-luck’ shoppers as you don’t know what you’ll get until it arrives at your door – and it’s newest tech deal includes a PS5 console, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Apple products
Shoppers looking for a deal can currently make the most of the plenty UK sites offering Black Friday deals, even though there is still 10 days to go until the November 29 date. Wowcher’s latest offer could see tech fans get an Apple MacBook, Ninja airfryer, Sony PS5 console for less than £20.
It’s part of Wowcher’s ‘Ultimate’ Mystery Tech deal as a handful of big brand named devices, appliances, and accessories are added into it’s raffle-style deal. For those unaware of its nortorious pot luck sale, Wowcher shoppers can enter the sale from £9.99 (there is also a £19.99 ticket) to bag a chance at getting one of the big items.
All shoppers will ‘win’ a product, although yes, you do pay an entry for this. The catch being is you don’t know what you will get until after you pay and the draw closes at 23:59 on 21st February 2025 if it doesn’t sell out before then.

For those who pick the cheaper £9.99 sale there’s the chance to win its ‘Tier 1 products’ which include an Amazon Echo Show 5, Apple Watch Series 6 and an Xbox Series S. Meanwhile the more expensive £19.99 ‘Tier 2 products’ include a pair of Sky Blue Apple AirPods Max, a Nintendo Switch, 13.3-inch Apple MacBook Air, a Sony PS5 Digital Edition, and a Drone.
The chances of winning an item worth hundreds of pounds isn’t guaranteed but it doesn’t mean it’s out of the question as Wowcher calls it the ‘ultimate surprise’. As we speak, more than 600 shoppers have taken out the deal since it launched on November 14, with 18 people buying it in a few hours this morning (November 19).
There is however, a sneaker way to get a glimpse of how many items of each product are sent out, which shoppers can see when they click ‘see more details’ on the listing. This brings up a sheet of how many shoppers will get what. For instance with 15,645 items to ship in this particular draw, 1700 Tier 1 customers will be sent an Amazon Bryte Touch Moon Light worth £16.99 (so, still a £7 profit when you take away the £9.99 entry fee) while 530 customers will get a DesireTech Laptop Sleeve, and 1,200 shoppers will get a combined Bedside Lamp and Bluetooth speaker gadget.
Looking at the bigger items (which draws many people in) there will only be one Apple Watch Series 6, Echo Show 5, and Dyson V8 vacuum sent out to a lucky shopper. So, yes, the chances are small.
Moving onto Tier 2, and it’s a similar chance for the big named products, as again only one of PS5 console, Apple MacBook Air and one Apple AirPods Max will be sent. Ten shoppers, however, will be sent a Daewoo Hot Water Dispenser and 1,600 will get a desk heater – although you can see the full list here.
While it’s important to remember there’s no guarantee as to what shoppers will receive on their doorstop after buying a Mystery Wowcher ticket (it’s all in the name) it can offer a fun way to try and get your hands on a huge item for much, much less.
It is worth mentioning that if you spot an item in the Wowcher Mystery Sale and really want it then many are featured in other Black Friday sales – although of course this means paying a lot more for them with the guarantee you’ll actually get it. Dysons Black Friday sale for example is selling the V8 Cordless Vacuum for £100 less than usual at £229 while the PS5 Digital Console is available at EE for £379.
