The police force and the London Ambulance Service rushed to Gifford Road, in north-west London, at around 9.15pm last night following reports of a shooting. A woman, believed to be in her 40s, was found suffering injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, despite the efforts of the emergency services.
The Met said two other men, aged in their 30s, suffered injuries. One of them remains in hospital in a critical condition, while the other man’s injuries are not life-threatening, the police added.
