“It’s delicate and subtle, perfect for any setting. Floral but fresh like a meadow in the springtime. I feel feminine and powerful wearing this and it is a wonderful surprise for those close to me too.”
LookFantastic shoppers are snapping up a ‘classy’ perfume that has been hailed as ‘perfect for any setting’. Touch for Women by Burberry would normally cost £100 for a 100ml bottle but is now down to £50.
It opens up with a blend of fruit and spice with notes of red pepper, cassia, blackberry, cranberry, blackcurrant, rose oil and orange. The heart is much more floral leaning with lily, peony, tuberose, lily-of-the-valley, jasmine, peach and raspberry. The scent is grounded in a soothing mixture of cedar, vanilla, oakmoss, green almond and tonka bean.
The scent was first released in 1998 and was worked on by perfumer Michel Girard, who is renowned for his work on the iconic Rabanne 1 Million.

The main complaint it’s brought in is that it is doesn’t have the longest longevity. One shopper said: “Nice fragrance but the smell doesn’t last very long.”
