Fireworks were set off in a housing estate in Scotland before Robert McNally, 21, was found injured nearby by police shortly afterward – he died as a result of the wounds he sustained

This is the dramatic moment a firework siege happened inside a housing estate before police were called to a body being found nearby.
Footage of the pyro battle terrified residents in Lochbroom Drive, Paisley, near Glasgow, on Saturday. The fireworks could be seen being aimed at three people, who were in the street, from a top-floor widow of a two-storey house.
Several rockets were heard exploding in neighbouring gardens and parked cars nearby. Several rockets were seen exploding in nearby gardens and parked vehicles. People on the street, all of whom were wearing black, could be seen dodging the fireworks. A firework then appeared to go off inside the home before the group dressed in black stormed the property.
Police were then called to Maree Road in the same housing estate. Shortly afterward, Robert McNally, 21, was found with serious injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Robert’s death is being treated as unexplained.
Police Scotland said a 19-year-old man had been arrested in connection with assault, the Daily Record reported. Family and friends paid tribute to Robert on social media. His cousin, Nicole Adam said her “heart is broken into a million pieces. I will never ever get over this heartache Robert. Forever 21 kiddo.”
Chaela Corkindale added: “What a nice, kind guy. Rest in peace forever 21.” Kellsie Robertson went on to describe Robert as “such a good person to be around” while another woman posted: “Absolutely gutted and devastated, can’t believe it.”
Images at the time of the police investigation showed a large blue tent erected over a vehicle on the road. A number of large blue screens were placed around it to block off the area.
Detective Inspector Euan McMillan said: “A 21-year-old man was found seriously injured and pronounced dead at the scene. The death is currently being treated as unexplained and his next of kin are aware. A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with assault.
“Our enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of this incident, however there is no threat to the wider public. Officers will remain in the Foxbar area as enquiries are carried out and anyone with any concerns, can approach them.”
