Tommy Fury appeared over the moon as he and his young daughter Bambi headed out together for the day after he and Molly-Mae Hague faced accusations of staging their ‘split’
Tommy Fury threw himself into dad mode on a day out with his daughter Bambi.
The professional boxer recently opened up about his decision to move out of the home he shared with the youngster and her mum, Molly-Mae Hague after battling with alcohol. In a candid revelation, the sportsman admitted that over the past few years, he had been battling against the drink since an injury in 2019.
Tommy, 25, revealed that he became addicted to alcohol and realised he couldn’t be a good enough partner to Molly-Mae. However, he admitted that he was still there for Bambi and would continue to make time for her. Just one week after sharing the revelation, he appeared happier than ever on a day out with the two-year-old.
It appears that on Monday night, Tommy was firmly back in the home he shared with his girlfriend, who he met on Love Island, with the pair finishing in second place. Molly-Mae shared a clip of Bambi stroking their cats, with a reflection, appearing to be Tommy in the background of the clip.
On Tuesday morning, he took to his own social media accounts to reveal that his day got off to a bright start at 5am with a 10km run, before doing 500 sit ups and having a cold shower. After his fitness regime, Tommy revealed that he was heading for a day out with Bambi as they wrapped up to brave the cold Cheshire weather.
He shared a selfie of himself and Bambi as she sat back in the back of his car with her seatbelt on as they both grinned towards the camera. Captioning his upload, he penned: “Ready for the best day with my princess,” alongside a red heart and Earth emoji. Their outing comes just days after fans questioned whether Molly-Mae and Tommy actually did split.
The pair who were engaged to be married announced in August that after five years, they had decided to call time on their romance – with many believing Tommy had split. However, a spokesperson for Fury exclusively told the Mirror that this was not the case and that he had been hurt by the rumours.
Last month, we exclusively revealed that the pair had been rekindling their romance, just days after Molly spoke on her YouTube channel about being a single mum and dealing with this around the Christmas period. However, Molly-Mae opened up in her Amazon Prime series, Behind It All and explained that their split was far from a publicity move.
She said: “Going through all of this with the turmoil of a break-up has been incredibly hard. To have those comments – and I see all of them – and people saying, ‘This has obviously just been done for the launch of her brand or a publicity stunt’, that is very painful to read because it’s real life.
“Tommy and I have a baby together and it’s very, very real. It’s a really hard thing that we have both gone through the past six months. I think this documentary will clear up any questions of that. I think that people will be quite surprised by how honest we have been.”
