Michelle Ramage, 43, pleaded guilty to murdering Susan Turney who was left with 130 injuries following a brutal campaign of violence against her that resulted in her having injuries across her body
A killer who savagely inflicted 130 injuries on a Brit mum during a bloodbath horror has been unmasked.
Michelle Ramage, 43, and Ryan Hill, 27, left Susan Turner with 130 injuries during the horror ordeal. Ramage was furious after learning Susan, 41, had been texting her partner Jason Bell. She was then subjected to horrific torture involving being stripped, choked, stabbed with scissors, disfigured and bludgeoned with several weapons at Jason’s Ayrshire flat.
Ramage originally pleaded not guilty to the brutal attack but changed her plea to guilty about halfway through the trial. Jason, 51, had also been accused of murder but the jury returned a not proven verdict. Both Ramage and Hill, who have nearly 50 previous convictions between them, are set to be sentenced in March.

The court heard how Susan stayed close to Jason at the time, The Daily Record reports. His brother Alexander told the court how Susan would visit him two to three times a day. Prosecutor Chris McKenna asked the 46-year-old if Ramage was aware the victim had also been in contact with his brother by text.
Alexander initially recalled one message that was said to have been sent by Susan to Jason. Mr McKenna asked: “How did Michelle react?” The witness said: “I do not think she liked it. She was not happy. You could see it in her face.”
The jury heard Alexander told officers in a statement that Susan “constantly” messaged his brother. He continued: “Michelle…you could see was getting annoyed. She was becoming jealous – that was obvious.”
Ramage confronted and swore at Susan before she was killed. Alexander had been at a friend’s home in the early hours of March 26, 2023, when his brother arrived looking like a “nervous wreck.” Jason reportedly said “they are going to end up murdering her” or “they are going to end up doing away with her.”
He eventually went back to his flat and when police arrived they found him sitting outside. Officers then forced their way into the property. Sergeant Craig McLachlan said “the very strong smell of blood” in the air and then “a visibly deceased female” with injuries on the floor.
Jason was quizzed about who the woman was, but said he did not know. In a closing speech, Mr McKenna told jurors said there was “barely a party of Susan Turner’s body that was not injured.”
Susan was found to have been “scored” with a blade across her body. Mr McKenna said: “This was an attack done to demean and disfigure her – an attack to cause pain.”
Following the verdict, the court heard Susan had three children aged between nine and 23. the court heard she had 37 previous convictions, including a five-year jail term for abduction and serious assault in 2010. Hill was found guilty of murder earlier today following the trial at the High Court in Glasgow.
Lord Mulholland told the pair: “You have been convicted of the brutal murder of a defenceless woman. The Injuries you inflicted on this woman – who weighed seven and a half stone – were catastrophic. This was a sustained assault – it was akin to torture. She must have been in agony at the time of her death.”
