Love Island’s Rosie Williams had her face completely reshaped over the course of more than a year after her celebrity doctor dissolved all her fillers to start afresh
Rosie Williams, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2018, had shared the results of a dramatic facial transformation.
The ITV star was filmed getting a complete filler overhaul in a video shared by her doctor on Instagram, with the technician dissolving all of her filler before adding new filler in to rebuild her face.
Rosie, 33, started the long process in August 2023, with her facial features looking drastically different and emphasised in a different way to her finished results as revealed this week. Rosie has spoken openly in the past about her cosmetic procedures.
Her doctor, Dr. Roshan Ravindran, told The Sun that he’d had an “incredible journey” with Rosie at his celeb-hotspot Manchester clinic, and that when he first started Rosie “had years of accumulated filler from multiple practitioners.”
Rosie herself also spoke to the outlet, and gave a glowing review of Dr. Rosh as she said he’d “saved” her face. “I used to look in the mirror and wonder why my face was so swollen, so puffy, why it was wide, why I didn’t feel myself anymore,” Rosie admitted.
The reality TV personality then shared that Dr. Rosh established she’d been having “far too much filler” – and often in the wrong areas of her face. Rosie said that she felt “so much happier” as soon as the doctor dissolved her past filler, describing: “I started to recognise myself again and my face just looked so much better, thinner, healthier. It was just amazing. I was so, so happy that I did it.”
This isn’t the first cosmetic procedure that Rosie has exposed to her online fans. Back in 2022, she revealed that she’d undergone a hair transplant procedure in secret nearly two years prior. The former solicitor explained she’d suffered with badly thinning hair and bald patches caused by “years of personal stress,” with Rosie struggling with the impact on her mental health before deciding to take the plunge.
As she broke her secret, she shared: “Unfortunately, over the last couple of years my overall hair health has continued to deteriorate. I can only put it down to the amount of stress I’ve been under for personal reasons. My hair has continued to thin and I’m experiencing bald patches, the overall hairline has completely changed shape and I don’t even recognise myself anymore.”
She added: “What upsets me the most is that every time I wash my hair, I end up sitting on the floor in tears with chunks of wet hair in my hands that have come out of my scalp and I have no idea why.”
Rosie then explained her reason for being so transparent, writing: “Hair loss isn’t something I would wish on anybody, It’s completely impacted my overall happiness and confidence – and following Love Island I was blessed enough to have a lovely following on Instagram that I no longer wish to share myself with because I’m so embarrassed of my hair.”
