Dunelm shoppers “love the pattern and colour” of the bedding set, which comes in a range of sizes and colours
Dunelm shoppers are heaping praise on a “beautiful” £20 bedding set they’ve spotted online. According to fans, the set “washes well and doesn’t need ironing.”
The popular retailer is selling the Catherine Lansfield Enchanted Twilight Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set in two colours – forest green or plum. The set is available in three sizes; single (£15), double (£20) and king (£25)
Dunelm’s product description reads: “Adorned with whimsical illustrations of foxes, owls, and rabbits, this enchanting set is fully reversible, offering a star and feather pattern in a lighter tone for effortless versatility. Made from a blend of easy-care recycled polyester and soft, responsibly sourced cotton, it combines practicality with a more sustainable choice.

“Featuring a button fastening to keep your duvet securely in place and an envelope closure for a snug pillow fit, this set adds a delightful, storybook quality to your space.”
The bedding set has racked up rave reviews online, gaining an overall rating of 4.6 stars. Among the comments, one person said: “Love the pattern and colour – washes well and is nice and comfortable too.”
A second shopper wrote: “This is a gorgeous design and looks beautiful. It also washes well and doesn’t need ironing.” A third added: “Beautiful vibrant dark green duvet cover bought for my 17 year old daughter. She loves it, very happy. Good quality for the price. Looks fabulous in the room.”
A fourth impressed shopper said: “Absolutely made up with this. Stunningly beautiful, excellent quality the colour is superb.” Another added: “The quality of the set is very good. Lovely feel to it. The design is gorgeous and looks lovely on the bed. Really brightened my room up to. Would def recommend.”
However, not everyone was quite so keen on the bedding set. One person wrote: “This looks lovely but it is polycotton, which I did realise after ordering, and it feels rough to the touch compared to 100% cotton. My fault but not as soft as you might expect.”
Another said: “I bought this as an extra guest duvet because I loved the design. When it arrived I thought the fabric felt very hard. I thought this would improve if washed, which I did with fabric softener.
“If anything the hardness of the fabric is worse and not a cover I could offer a guest. This has made me determined not to buy online again but buy at shops where I can feel the quality of the material.”
Alternatively, a range of other retailers have bedding sets available online. M&S has the Pure Cotton Gingham Bedding Set, which ranges between £29.50 – £59 depending on size. Next also has White/Pink Bow Embroidered Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set, which costs between £35 and £65.
