Primark has teamed up with an unlikely brand for its latest partnership—and some shoppers don’t know what to think. The range appeared in stores over the weekend, and customers were divided between loving it or feeling unsure.

The high-street fashion chain is known for partnering with dozens of brands to create clothing appealing to many fans. But the latest one hitting stores has fans just as puzzled as they are thrilled.

Primark has released a small range of clothing and accessories themed around the popular doughnut chain Krispy Kreme as part of the collaboration. Showcased by staff at a Primark branch in Liverpool, shoppers were shown t-shirts, socks and bags.

Not all prices were visible in the clip, but some were, like the £8 reversible bucket hat for sale. One side featured the classic green colour that Krispy Kreme is known for, while the opposite was covered in glazed doughnuts.

Ideal for summer, there was also a pair of £12 sliders featuring the brand’s signature green hue. There was also a pair for £3.50 that featured a toe-post style and were covered in doughnuts.

Fans were divided about this new range. Some were excited to showcase their love of the brand, while others expressed confusion.

One said: “Love it!” Another commented: “I just don’t understand!” A third joked: “I work at Krispy Kreme and this would be a better uniform! Would be a lot cooler in the summer too.”

Someone else wrote: “So I can walk around looking like I work there?” A fifth person said: “But why?” One more posted: “It’s Greggs all over again!” Another replied: “Definitely an improvement from Greggs merch!”

The range is yet to appear online for shoppers to browse. It’s currently only available to pick up in stores.
