As a big fan of Les Mills fitness classes myself, the thought of doing them at home is very tempting. My only concern is would I be disciplined enough to whip out my weights or get body pumping at home without being pushed – with money off, I think I might actually love it.
I didn’t realise that the Les Mills+ app offers a library of more than 2,000 online workouts, covering a wide range of disciplines including strength training, cardio, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, dance and even martial arts.
