Saskia has released over cookbooks, including Broke Vegan: Over 100 plant-based recipes that don’t cost the earth and Vegan Slow Cooker: Over 70 delicious recipes for stress-free meals.
Broke Vegan has an average customer rating of 4.4 stars out of five. In a glowing five star review, a shopper called Claire wrote: “I’m one of the many who ordered this after watching Sunday Brunch! So glad I did. Lots of lovely ideas that I can’t wait to try, especially the Spicy “tuna” watermelon tostadas and the chocolate mousse! There are lots of colourful images through out the book and it’s a nice size too, not too big.”
