Donald Trump branded a ‘clown’ who is suffering from ‘dementia’ after president’s Putin jibe

Kremlin bots have have gone into overdrive attacking Donald Trump with brutal “clown” and “dementia” jibes.

The US President has sparked anger after calling Russian dictator Vladimir Putin “crazy” for a string of large-scale attacks on Ukraine. Trump had said: “I don’t know what’s wrong with him. What the hell happened to him?”

In response, Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov claimed Trump was suffering from an “emotional overload”. But before then, sensing Trump’s support for Putin over Ukraine, comments have been restrained or positive.

But after the “crazy” tirade, Putin propaganda bots, automated or semi-automated online accounts massively used to disseminate Russian government or intelligence service narratives backing the dictator, went into overdrive, according to monitoring outlet Botnadzor.

“It’s not Putin who’s gone crazy, but Trump, apparently, this is hereditary for all US presidents, a chair and dementia as a gift,” claimed one troll.

Another comment posted on social media stated: “What can you expect from a clown who, instead of taking care of the country, only ….threatens Russia?”

The Kremlin bot warriors accused of suffering “seasonal bipolar disorder”, and asked if he is “blind or what?”

An automated bot, named Batyurkan Markushbekov, said: “Success on the battlefield, that’s what Russia should strive for, as it initially took a peaceful path to resolve the conflict, and stepping away from it is absolutely unacceptable.”

Another said: “Trump’s just raging because he has no power over Russia. He just loves to boss people around.”

Russia should wipe Britain off the map with its devastating arsenal of nuclear weapons, a leading Vladimir Putin military expert has threatened. Putin’s guru Sergei Karaganov, dubbed Professor Doomsday, has a reputation for issuing trigger happy advice in his role as honorary chairman of the Russian Council for Foreign and Defence Policy.

In his latest outburst, the 72-year-old warned that unless Britain stops aiding Ukraine the UK “won’t exist” following a nuclear attack. US president Donald Trump, 78, is reportedly considering placing more sanctions on Russia in a bid to ease the war after calling Putin “crazy” for a string of attacks.

Karaganov, meanwhile, shows what Putin’s true sinister aims in Ukraine may be. “We need to strengthen nuclear deterrence by any means,” he said on The Right to Know! show on TVC channel, owned by the Moscow city government.

Russia must “increase the reality of the use of nuclear weapons, and restore the fear of nuclear war,” he said. “The European question, unfortunately, cannot be resolved in a relatively peaceful way.”
