Threats and Violence
Nash described two incidents where he claims he saw Combs physically assault Ventura, including one where she bled after hitting her head. He claimed Combs threatened to ruin her career and release explicit videos. Nash also testified to Combs being physically aggressive with him, including hitting him and once throwing him onto a parked car.
Home Search and Fear
Nash alleged Combs stormed his home looking for Ventura, even checking the oven. He claimed he was forced to take Combs to a hotel where Ventura was staying and was later followed by a car. He didn’t sleep at home that night, and when he returned, some belongings were missing.
Hotel Stays and Coercion
Nash testified Ventura was pressured into weekly hotel stays with Combs, often packing a bag of sex toys despite telling Nash she didn’t want to go. On her 29th birthday, she told Nash Combs was angry she refused to “Freak Off” with him.
Drug Use
Nash admitted to using marijuana and said he saw Ventura take Molly and ecstasy at home.
Nash’s testimony continues tomorrow as the case unfolds.
