A small plane has crashed at Southend Airport.
Witnesses said they saw a “huge fireball” and black smoke after the incident at the airport at around 4pm this afternoon. It’s not clear how many people were in the plane.
According to reports, the aircraft crashed on take-off. It is believed the plane was travelling to the Netherlands.
