Virgin Media down LIVE: Users across UK complain of issues logging in

Hundreds of Virgin Media users have lost connection to the internet during a “total blackout” this morning after the service went down, customers have complained.

Several hundred people have reported losing their connection to the landline internet, with dozens saying they are experiencing a total coverage “blackout”.

Others have said their emails are being knocked out, and some have said the outage is preventing them from accessing their Sky Sports accounts.
