As Ibiza Final Boss Jack Kay reportedly fights to salvage his relationship with model girlfriend Alisha Cook, experts reveal what the fun-loving party lad needs to do to get things back on track
On the surface, Ibiza Final Boss Jack Kay appears to be living the dream life, basking in the glow of his newfound viral fame. But behind the daring Lego haircut and private jets, there seems to be trouble in paradise.
Fun-loving Jack is understood to be battling to save his relationship with glamorous model and debt collector, Alisha Cook, who recently dumped the 26-year-old over his love of partying, according to a pal.
Luckily things seem to be back on track, with a cosy couple’s snap shared by Alisha suggesting the pair have kissed and made up. But one friend of Jack’s has warned that he is still skating on ‘thin ice’ with his beau.

Despite Alisha’s bold show of support for Jack’s new-found fame, the Newcastle-born lad has yet to show off his relationship online since going viral. Instead, he’s been busy posing alongside bikini-clad mystery women in pools and on nights out.
He also posted a cryptic message on his Instagram over the weekend, which read: “The final boss can’t be slayed… your misses on the other hand? Her levels been completed”.
As the mystery around the Ibiza Bob legend’s love life rumbles on, relationship experts have given Jack some advice on how to get things back on track while enjoying his overnight fame.
Teresha Young, a multi-award-winning wellness and relationship coach, spoke with the Mirror about Alisha’s cheeky TikTok clips, in which she appeared amused over her boyfriend’s notoriety.

In the video, which have since been set to private, Alisha wrote: “POV: ya boyfriend’s now known as Ibiza Final Boss”.
Teresha said: “Her posts feel playful and supportive, especially with the caption. It looks like she is joining in with the fun of his viral moment.
“That said, her posts seem more reactive to his sudden fame than proactive. They would probably benefit from keeping some of their life private while they focus on each other and re-establishing their connection.”
Intriguingly, ‘Ibiza Bob’ Jack has yet to post publicly about his romance with Alisha, which, when paired with the private status of her videos, has only added to the mystery shrouding their nearly one-year relationship. So, should he be shouting to the world about his adoration of Alisha?
Not necessarily, says Teresha, who has explained that it’s “all about intentionality”. Teresha told The Mirror: “If it comes from the heart, yes. If it’s just for show, then no.
“The risk with social media is that it often reflects an image rather than real feelings and can be used for performative reasons. In most cases, it’s best to work on the connection offline and let the strength of the relationship speak for itself.”
In a recent interview with the Mail Online, one of Jack’s pals claimed that Alisha ended the relationship before he went viral over his party-loving lifestyle – and so it’s fair to assume that she won’t be too keen on his decision to dash back to the island after a very brief return to the UK for a fresh cut.
Seemingly in no need of a rest from his antics, Jack has been keeping his newfound fans updated on his Ibiza adventures, which have seen him partying away in large groups. In one shot, a woman can be seen sat on Jack’s shoulders in a pool, as the Ibiza legend beams his signature white grin.
With thousands of new Instagram followers tracking his wild nights out, Alisha may struggle to see her boyfriend being lavished with attention. So should Jack steer clear of sharing shots of himself enjoying his extended holiday with glamorous women?
Lorin Krenn, an internationally recognised relationship coach, thinks this could be wise. He told the Mirror that such posts ‘break trust’ for two key reasons.
“One, it sends a clear signal to others and to his partner that there is no real honour or commitment, and that he is more interested in validation from female attention than in showing respect toward his partner.
“Two, it undermines the sense of exclusivity and safety in the relationship, which makes it difficult for his partner to feel secure or valued.”
Worryingly, Lorin fears that Jack’s sudden fame and virality will have “very likely” gone to his head, meaning he’ll need to be extra careful not to make choices he may well regret once the initial rush of attention has faded.
According to Lorin: “Overnight virality and Instagram fame can feel like a powerful high, intoxicating and seemingly unstoppable. In the moment, there is a belief that this will last forever, but no viral moment or wave of attention is permanent.
“Without realising it, the ego starts to operate from a place of invincibility, which often leads to reckless choices and decisions. Once the attention fades and life returns to normal, there is often deep regret and confusion about why those choices were made, all rooted in the temporary rush of external validation.”
With all this in mind, both experts have shared their thoughts on how Jack can start to rebuild his relationship, while navigating the social media frenzy he’s found himself at the centre of.
Teresha considered: “He needs to focus on rebuilding the emotional connection and trust. That means apologising, being completely transparent, and making a consistent effort away from the cameras.
“Having open, honest, and vulnerable conversations, showing up in a meaningful way, and reminding her why the relationship matters could help to get things back on track.”
Lorin also agrees that “a clear apology, genuine commitment and consistent action” will be necessary to move forward towards a happy future together.
He continued: “From there, patience is key. He must stop posting any content with other women or making declarations on social media and instead focus on showing up differently and following through over time.
“This is how trust is rebuilt: honest apology, expressed commitment, and continuous action that proves it is real.”
