Katie Price’s ominous warning to new owners of Mucky Mansion after £1.5million sale

Following Princess Andre’s admission the “Mucky Mansion” was a “really scary” place in which to live, comments from her mum Katie Price have emerged – and they are scathing

Katie Price fired a doomy warning to the new owners of her “Mucky Mansion” after she finally sold the nine-bedroom pad.

Following the sale of the cursed home, the star told reporters her message for the new owners. Katie said: “I hate that house. Whoever buys it, I warn them, they will get bad luck there.” The mother alluded to struggles with the large property, which she said led to anxiety.

The TV personality, 47, had long tried to flog the detached property, which became renowned for its state and was even subject of a reality show, after she struggled to keep up with her mortgage repayments. Her battle led to the star’s eviction, several years after buying the property for £2million.

And though she sold the home in December last year, Katie made a loss on it – and saw all the money help pay off her debts. Yet, her 18-year-old daughter Princess Andre – real name Princess Tiaamii Crystal Esther – recalled her memories of growing up there in her new TV show this week.

Princess said: “It was a really scary house. A lot went on there. So I didn’t really like it.” Reflecting on living in the dilapidated dwelling with her mum and siblings, Princess continued: “I guess when you have bad experiences somewhere you don’t like the place.”

And her mum, originally from Brighton, East Sussex, appeared to agree with her teenage daughter. Speaking to the Mail Online, the glamour model continued: “It is absolute cursed. My anxiety got worse with that house. There was a point when I couldn’t even walk up the driveway without having a panic attack. I had therapy about the house. I should never have gone back there. Now I’m out of it it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”

Mum-of-five Katie also spoke in the past about her fears that the home is haunted by the spirit of a small child, while a number of her pets have died in the property. Last year, she shared pictures of two men she feared were trying to break into the home, days after she was forced to call police over another gang of strangers outside the pad.

The “Mucky Mansion”, which is near Horsham, West Sussex, became the subject of a Channel 4 documentary when Katie attempted to install life back into the property for the last time. Bailiffs, though, reportedly turned up at the 11-bedroom property in June 2024 to take back the keys, around 10 years after the TV personality bought the large home.
