The Saturdays star Frankie Bridge has opened up about all the tweakments and procedures she had done over the years after a fan begged her to ‘share her secrets’
Frankie Bridge has revealed all the cosmetic procedures and tweakments she underwent in an honest post shared on social media. The Saturdays star, 36, took part in a Q&A session with her followers on Instagram, and one user asked what tweakments she had done as she begged the singer to ‘share her secrets’.
Along with a close-up selfie taken in a car, Frankie thanked the user for telling her she ‘looks amazing’ before adding: “I always feel like this is a hard questions to answer because you get judged for sharing and judged for not being honest.
“Ha, I get Botox and in the process of Polynucleotides for under eyes. I tried under eye filler 100 yars ago and didn’t like it.

“Also nearly passed out like 3 times. Embarrassing. I have a little filler in my lips but started all over again last year. Had it all dissolved and now only have a little. I’ve had a lip flip a few times. Sometimes I like it.”
She continued: “Sometimes I promise never again! I’m really bad at being consistent with my appointments. I’m on my last round of Aviclear @harley_st_injectables and I have to say I’m really starting to see the benefits.
“Barely any spots. My biggest tip would be look after your skin. I never used to and I’d say that’s the biggest change I’ve made.”
Her admission comes after she took to social media to share a cryptic message amid speculation of a huge rift between herself and Myleene Klass.
She posted on TikTok as she enjoyed her latest getaway. In the clip, the star is filmed at a beach resort miming along to Manchild by Sabrina Carpenter. She was wearing a brown frilly dress in the upload as sh stood on a balcony at a villa.
The video was captioned: “Taking 36 years to realise being a people pleaser doesn’t please anyone.” She went on: “Fad diets are a waste of time. Turns out it’s all about balance?! Who knew?! Only you can make yourself happy.”
And Frankie added: “You can do the hard thing! You’ve got this.” She then added a red love heart emoji to her post. Fans were quick to agree with her comments, letting their feelings be known on the post.
She has been involved in a rumoured feud with Myleene and also her former bandmate Rochelle Humes in recent weeks, and ITV reportedly had to step in to ensure the panellists didn’t cross paths.
Despite the reported rift between Frankie and the ladies, they appeared to shut down the rumours as Rochelle and Frankie have both been interacting with one another on Instagram and showing their support for one another.
