Sam Thompson, his sister Louise Thompson, her partner Ryan Libbey and their son Leo have gone on holiday together this week, with some photos shared on social media today
Reality TV star Sam Thompson showed off his physique on a family holiday this week. The former Made in Chelsea cast member has joined his sister Louise Thompson, her fiancé Ryan Libbey and their son Leo on their latest trip abroad.
Sam, 33, and Louise, 35, have both shared updates from the summer holiday, which is said to have taken the group to Spain. It’s included him posting a series of photos from a trip to the beach with his loved ones following their arrival.
The photos were shared on Instagram this afternoon. One showed Sam and personal trainer Ryan, 35, stood beside each other at a resort. The pair were both seen shirtless as they soaked up the sun on the vacation together.
Sam, who was wearing a pair of dark trousers, sunglasses and a baseball cap, was seen sipping on a drink. His future brother-in-law Ryan opted for blue swimming trunks and a baseball cap, and he held a t-shirt in one of his hands.
Another photo shared by Sam showed his nephew Leo, three, building a tower out of Duplo blocks on a table at the beach. Alongside a laughing emoji, the radio host teased in the caption of the post: “A tower has been made.”
His sister Louise, in a white t-shirt and dark sunglasses, was seen smiling beside Leo, who had a white top on, as she watched her son playing. Plates of food were visible elsewhere on the table where the family were sat together.
Sam later uploaded a photo of himself greeting a cat whilst exploring the destination for their holiday. He was seen crouched down in the street as he petted the feline, with him writing in the post’s caption: “I’ll always find a cat.”
Whilst another photo shared with fans on the platform today showed Sam and Ryan sat at a table together as they enjoyed a meal. The pals, who were both in black vests, were seen smiling whilst in an outdoor seating area.
This morning, Louise shared excitement over the holiday. She posted footage of the family travelling in a car, with Stevie Nicks’ Edge of Seventeen heard playing. Louise wrote about listening to music on the journey in the caption.
She told her followers: “Feel like we’re in GTA. I always feel like I’m in some computer game when driving at night with loud music and bright lights.” Louise concluded by writing in the caption of the post on the platform: “Bring on this trip.”
Sam lives next door to Louise and her family in London. Ryan recently told the Mirror that he has grown close to his future brother-in-law, with him telling us that the two pals “hang out all the time,” including without Louise.
Ryan spoke about their relationship after revealing that he’s now planning his wedding to Louise. The couple got engaged seven years ago in 2018 but are said to have delayed their nuptials after welcoming their son Leo in 2021.
In the interview with us, published two weeks ago, Ryan said: “We’ve registered our intent to marry. The process has officially started. We’re still deciding – either something small like a town hall wedding and party, or abroad.”
Asked if Sam would be his best man, Ryan teased: “He’d probably assume so.” He then said about Louise’s brother: “We’re very close now. We live next to each other, hang out all the time – even just us two having chats about life.”
