Sephora shoppers are raving over a warm perfume that’s ‘perfect for everyday’. Vanilla Woods by The 7 Virtues is available in two sizes on Sephora, a 50ml bottle for £85 or a 10ml travel spray for £30.
It opens up with pear and a heart of rose before drying down to a sweet base of vanilla, caramel and amber. Although it’s not a note for note match with Cheirosa 40 (£24), it’s been suggested as a longer lasting option for fans of the Sol de Janeiro scent.
The notes may not actually list any wood however it has also been compared to Silky Woods by Goldfield & Banks Australia, which retails at £186 a bottle.

One shopper complained about the longevity, writing: “Smells great and sweet. Perfect for a creamy vanilla that is slightly fruity with the pear. My only issue is it doesn’t last as long as I would like for the price. After 6 hours I couldn’t smell it on my wrists.”

The warm scent is said to bring in compliments
It is worth noting that six hours is a fairly long time to smell a scent although to make it last longer we’d recommend applying it to freshly washed and moisturised skin.
While another insisted it brings in many compliments, saying: “The scent was amazing. It lasts so long and I can’t tell you how many compliments I received on it! Absolutely love it!”
