Dunelm says the quilted design creates “a timeless and cosy atmosphere”, while it’s also machine washable to make it easy to keep clean. For those worried about drying it over winter, Dunelm says it can be put in a tumble dryer on a low setting.
Dunelm isn’t the only retailer with bedding on offer, with Debenhams also knocking some big discounts off a number of sets as we approach the end of summer. One such option is the Christy 100% Organic Cotton Duvet Cover Set.
That’s priced at £35.75 – £55.25 – a 35% saving on the usual retail price. It comes in four colours – white, beige, pink and green – though some sizes are out of stock in certain colours.

Back to the Dunelm bedspread, one happy buyer said: “Beautiful olive green bedspread, love the colour. Very good quality, makes the room feel complete.”
