Jack Osbourne fumes ‘f*** Roger Waters’ after Pink Floyd frontman’s comments about Ozzy

By staff3 September 2025No Comments3 Mins Read

Jack Osbourne has taken to social media to share an angry message for Roger Waters following the Pink Floyd frontman’s comments about his late father’s band Black Sabbath

Jack Osbourne is pulling no punches when it comes to defending his late father’s legacy – with Roger Waters in the firing line.

Pink Floyd frontman Roger revealed in a recent interview that we wasn’t a huge fan of Ozzy Osbourne’s music or any of the material he made during his time with Black Sabbath.

The Prince of Darkness died at the age of 76 in July, just weeks on from his homecoming gig in his hometown of Birmingham. Many have been sharing gushing tributes to the dad-of-six in the wake of his death.

But Roger opted for a more brutally honest approach in a recent chat with The Independent Ink. “Ozzy Osbourne, who just died, bless him in his whatever that state that he was in his whole life,” he mused.

“We’ll never know. The music, I have no idea. I couldn’t give a f***.” He went on to add: “I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I never did. Have no interest in biting the heads of chickens or whatever they do. I couldn’t care less, you know.”

Roger’s thoughts haven’t gone down well with Ozzy’s youngest son Jack, who made his feelings on Roger clear on his Instagram Stories on Tuesday night.

“Hey @rogerwaters. F*** You. How pathetic and out of touch you’ve become. The only way you seem to get attention these days is by vomiting out bullshit in the press,” he wrote to his followers.

“My father always thought you were a c**t – thanks for proving him right. [clown emoji].” In a second Instagram Story, Jack added the hashtag: “#f***rogerwaters”

Paying tribute to her dad last month, Kelly Osbourne said on Instagram: “I’ve sat down to write this a hundred times and still don’t know if the words will ever feel like enough… but from the bottom of my heart, thank you. The love, support, and beautiful messages I’ve received from so many of you have truly helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life. Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain.

The Prince of Darkness died following an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction (joint causes), according to his death certificate. His occupation was listed as “rock legend, songwriter and performer.”

An acute myocardial infarction occurs when the blood flow to the heart is blocked, often by a blood clot, causing damage to the muscles of the heart. Symptoms include pain in the chest, including pressure, heaviness, tightness or squeezing, pain in other parts of the body, including the arm, jaw, neck, back and stomach, lightheadedness, sweating, shortness of breath and feeling sick.
