Lily Phillips, 24, has undergone a number of cosmetic procedures in a bid to achieve her desired look – and she’s shared every detail about the surgeries she’s had
Rather than leaving it to guesswork, OnlyFans star Lily Phillips has revealed every cosmetic procedure she’s undergone – from labiaplasty to a Brazilian bum lift – providing complete transparency about when, where and how much she spent on each treatment.
The 24 year old – known for her provocative sex challenges – has spoken openly about splashing tens of thousands of pounds on procedures at London’s Harley Street, beginning with her labiaplasty in 2021 – an operation she insists was motivated by personal choice rather than industry demands.
“Honestly, it was the best surgery I’ve ever had”, she said. “It’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I love it. To this day, I think I’ve got the perfect pu*sy”.

Phillips disclosed that she forked out £5000 for the treatment which is defined as “a cosmetic surgical procedure which reshapes or reduces the size of the labia, specifically the labia minora”.
She detailed how she was anaesthetised for the hour-long operation and aside from minor discomfort, the healing process was straightforward and virtually painless.
“I think they suggested that I don’t have sex for a month, but I think I started doing that after about 2 weeks and it was totally fine”, she said.
Following this, Phillips has had a chin implant with liposuction – a delicate procedure she claims was executed so naturally that many don’t notice she’s had work done. “This one was a whopping £14,000 which feels kind of crazy because it didn’t make a huge difference, but it just meant that I didn’t have to keep getting filler”, she explained.
Whilst she’s pleased with the outcome, she revealed there was “quite a lot of swelling” during the healing process. She added: “It kind of froze my jaw for a bit…I couldn’t feel part of my jaw for so long”.
Her third procedure – a complete 360 liposuction – was carried out in 2024 for another eye-watering £12,000. Despite not having much excess fat on her tummy beforehand, she says the operation successfully gave her the ‘ab definition appearance’ that she craved.
She revealed that fat was removed from her upper abdominals, lower stomach and back, in order to achieve the sculpted look her figure now displays.
“The back made a huge difference, which I didn’t realize it would. It really defined your bum, you know. That I loved”, she explained.
Despite being delighted with the outcome, she disclosed that the recovery was the most challenging to date. “It was just the first surgery that I had done though that was quite painful”, she shared.
“I had to have lymphatic drainage massages every single day for about 2 weeks and then every other day for another like 4 weeks. It was intense. It really was. It was a heavy, heavy recovery”.
Most recently, Phillips splashed out £14,000 for a Brazilian Butt Lift, where fat was harvested from her arms and legs to be injected into her derriere.
“I just wanted more of a shelf on my bum”, she explained. “I said, just put it all in the back of my butt. I wanted to make it look as natural as possible as though I just got the bum from the gym”.
She concedes that while she adores her new look, due to the fat being removed from her legs, there are days where she does appear disproportionate.
“It does sometimes look a bit uneven. It just looks like I’ve got a massive bum and smaller legs. So I kind of wish I’d had a bit less fat put in to be honest”, she revealed.
While Phillips is satisfied with her cosmetic procedures, she acknowledges that surgery isn’t a quick fix for deeper issues.
“Personally, I think if you’re gonna get a surgery done, you’ve got to be happy before, because if you get that thing changed, your insecurities are just going to go on to the next thing”, she explained.
Phillips admits there are a ‘couple tweaks’ she’d still like to make, but she doesn’t want to overdo it with body modifications.
