Lauren has dropped a very telling sign that she and Simon have married. The socialite deleted her old Instagram account and created a new one, in which she referred to herself as LaurenMichelleCowell, and took Simon’s last name. The account appears to be legitimate as it is followed by Lauren’s good friend, Lauren Sanchez.
