Former Love Island star Adam Collard broke down on Celebrity SAS when he got to have a quick call with his fiance Laura Woods, as he said ‘I am so glad you pushed me to do it’
Adam Collard broke down in the latest episode of Celebrity SAS where he got to see his fiancée Laura Woods. The Love Island star is one of the celebs taking part in the current season of Channel 4’s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
After talking to his partner, Laura Woods, Adam, 29, got emotional as he thanked her for pushing him to take part in the experience. Adam was seen sitting down at a table with an ipad in front of him as he waited for his important call.
After answering the call, Laura’s face popped up on the screen, which immediately sparked an emotional response from Adam. He said “Hiya baby, you alright, It’s hard yanno, I’ve aged about 10 years, I have missed you so much”.
He then added: “This is exactly what I needed and I am so glad you pushed me to do it”

Away from the cameras, Adam, has been in a relationship with 28-year-old sports presenter Laura since October 2023. They became engaged in September last year and welcomed a son named Leo in January this year.
This isn’t the first time that Adam has found himself getting emotional, as he previously opened up on experiencing a miscarriage with Laura.
As part of his involvement in Who Dares Win, Adam was brought before the Special Forces staff on the show and questioned about the difficulties he has faced in life.
Discussing his life’s toughest moments, he says: “One of them was with my partner…and…we, erm, lost something…when it was really close to getting there a second time and telling everyone.”
The Special Forces staff ask him if he is referencing a miscarriage, to which Adam nods. He continues: “I think I was proud of the fact that I was excited for it, which I didn’t think I ever would be.
“And when it got taken away, and it was 10 times worse for her, I think it hit us like a ton of bricks. We just really, really went to a bit of a bad place. And to be honest, in front of her, I pretended I was cool, and pretended I was absolutely fine.”
Ahead of the latest episode, Adam took to Instagram where he shared a clip from the episode and wrote: “The Final Stretch.This was a savage task. Watch tonight 9pm on @channel4 @sas_whodareswins These last two days were a whole other level but what an experience and to share it with the rest of the gang. Comradery”.
