Amazon is giving away three months free access to millions of songs and countless audiobooks in its Winter sale
Amazon is kicking off the Christmas period by giving away free access to millions of songs and countless audiobooks to see you through to the new year. Until January 10, music and book lovers alike can bag three months free access to Amazon Music Unlimited and Audible.
Amazon Music Unlimited is the retail giant’s streaming platform to rival Apple Music and Spotify that boasts a packed catalogue of more than 100 million songs. With this latest deal, members can enjoy their favourite tracks from the likes of Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Oasis, Sam Fender and so much more, completely ad-free.
This provides the ideal platform for crafting the perfect playlist for a Christmas party or for that long road trip to see family, or simply something to kick back with while wrapping presents. What’s more, Amazon Music Unlimited boasts HD Sound at no extra cost, meaning you can listen to music as it was meant to be played, with twice the quality of standard quality streaming services, according to Amazon.

But it’s not just music included with the deal, as Amazon Music Unlimited also includes countless ad-free podcasts, offline listening and unlimited skips, all of which can be enjoyed from your smartphone, tablet or laptop. As the deal now includes Audible, members can listen to one free audiobook each month from an extensive library of best-sellers and literary classics, from Harry Potter and Dune to Richard Osman and David Mitchell.
Amazon is giving away three months free access to Amazon Music Unlimited and Audible this Christmas season.
Giving new subscribers millions of songs and one free audiobook every month free, for three months. A saving of more than £30.
Amazon’s deal offers a great way to save a few pennies while wallets are stretched over the festive period, providing a cost-free alternative to Apple Music and Spotify, which now cost £10.99 and £11.99 per month, respectively. Three months of Amazon Music Unlimited would usually set you back £32.97 for non-Prime members, but you can sign up here to bag the new deal before it ends at 4pm on January 10.
It’s worth noting the subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly price of £9.99 for Prime members or £10.99 for non-Prime members after the three-month promotional period, but at this point, you’re free to cancel. To continue the subscription at the cheaper rate, you can sign up for Amazon Prime here for £8.99 a month – or £95 a year – after a 30-day free trial.
The new deal is only available for new members and cannot be claimed by those currently in a free trial of Amazon Music Unlimited, already a paying customer or those who have previously claimed a free trial. Amazon isn’t the only retailer slashing its prices for Christmas, as the likes of Sky and Debenhams are in the midst of their own festive sales.
