Ashley Cain has shared sweet photographs of little Atlas Diamond Cain, who was born one month early on Friday, and says he is looking forward to “hugs, kisses, and sleepy snuggles on the sofa”
TV personality Ashley Cain has become a father again – but missed the birth of his son.
The 34-year-old model has posted adorable pictures of little Atlas Diamond Cain as he shared the happy news on social media. However, his son arrived one month early on Friday and so Ashley missed the birth as he was shooting for a TV series.
Ashley, born in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, wrote on Instagram : “Atlas Diamond Cain – 29.11.24. Welcome to the world, my son… “When you rearrange your final two filming dates three times to make sure you’re back for your son’s birth, fully expecting him to be just like you – LATE. He surprises everyone by showing up a month early!”
But the Ex on the Beach star added he is “bursting with love and excitement” and is looking forward to “hugs, kisses, and sleepy snuggles on the sofa” with his newborn.
Ashley became a father for the second time in January when Aliyas Diamond was born. It is unclear if Aliyas and Atlas have the same mum, as Ashley has not alluded to the mother of his latest child on social media.
He split from Safiyya Vorajee in the past year. The couple welcomed Azaylia into the world in August 2020 but were devastated after she was diagnosed with leukaemia just eight weeks later. The baby died at just eight months in April 2021.
Ashley, a former professional footballer with Coventry City, only announced last week he was going to be a dad for a third time. Ashley said at the time: My little girl will soon have another little brother to watch over, and my little boy will not only be a baby brother but a big brother too. With all the heartache I’ve been through, I’m truly grateful that I can really start counting my blessings again!!”
Ashley starred in the first series of Ex on the Beach in 2014 alongside Vicky Pattison, then of Geordie Shore fame. Ashley returned as an ex for the second series, which was broadcast in 2015.
