AWAKEN: Suzanne Jenkins Launches Transformational Coaching Programme for Midlife Women

By staff16 May 2025No Comments2 Mins Read

To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week (12th–18th May 2025), award-winning coach and author Suzanne Jenkins, founder of Zan Life Coaching, has introduced AWAKEN — a six-week online group coaching programme crafted to help women over 40 embrace change and reclaim their next chapter with renewed confidence.

Designed for women navigating significant life transitions — including divorce, burnout, an empty nest, or career redirection — AWAKEN provides the structure, support and practical tools needed to shift from a survival mindset to one of personal empowerment and purpose.

Delivered online, the programme includes weekly live group sessions, exclusive access to a private Skool hub for replays and resources, and a follow-up one-to-one coaching session to plan each participant’s forward journey. Priced at £397, it offers a powerful space for clarity, connection and personal reinvention.

Mental health statistics reveal the growing need for such support. According to the Mental Health Foundation’s 2024 report, more than 70% of UK adults experienced overwhelming stress in the past year. Women in their 40s and 50s are particularly affected, often balancing the emotional labour of family life with professional responsibilities. Meanwhile, charity Mind reports that one in four people face mental health challenges each year.

Suzanne Jenkins brings 16 years of experience to the table, alongside three business awards and a best-selling co-authored book. A certified Positive Cognitive Empowerment Coach, she helps clients align their actions with their values using her proprietary Life Mastery Blueprint—a six-step method designed to turn setbacks into stepping stones.

“AWAKEN is about giving women permission to take a blank page and write their next chapter with intention,” said Suzanne Jenkins. “We work together to unlock potential, dismantle limiting beliefs, and rebuild a sense of self-worth that becomes a foundation for lasting personal growth.”

She is also passionate about educating others on the distinct role of coaching, noting that it’s often misunderstood. “Coaching is forward-focused,” she added. “It’s not about dwelling on the past – it’s about stepping into your future with clarity and confidence. It’s for anyone who wants to grow, not just those in crisis.”

AWAKEN is more than a coaching programme—it’s a call to action for midlife women ready to rediscover their voice, reignite their passions, and reshape the narrative of their lives.
