Meanwhile, Wales Online lauded the show for its ‘intense dance routines, emotional moments, nine quick changes and a flying car,’ adding: “Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter is likely the most complete performance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this season.”
The Telegraph described the concert as a fusion of ‘spectacle and seduction,’ elaborating: “It was a show of spectacle and seduction, of bone-rattling volume and heart-beating musicality, of surprisingly hard-hitting politics and uplifting emotion.”

Writers at The Guardian were impressed by her rendition of Dolly Parton’s Jolene, sang ‘as if were a prelude to murder rather than a plea.’
However, not all feedback was glowing, reports MyLondon. The Independent suggested Beyoncé leaned too heavily on her stage production.
They said: “Ultimately it’s left to a few show-stopping stadium gimmicks to make the evening: Bey flying over the crowd on a neon horseshoe on a thumping Jolene, or in a classic American car for 16 Carriages.”
