Boots shoppers rush to buy £10 firming L’Oréal night cream called ‘better than Estée Lauder’

By staff20 August 2025No Comments4 Mins Read

Today’s your chance to bag a £30 anti-ageing night cream with hundreds of five-star reviews for £10 – but you’ll need to be quick, as the offer’s only on for one day

Boots’ popular £10 Tuesday deals are back, and today one of the top-rated items on offer is a luxurious night cream that shoppers are calling ‘better than Estée Lauder’ and usually worth £30, now available for a third of its usual price.

L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renew Midnight Regenerative Cream usually costs £29.99 but for today only, Boots shoppers can pick it up for just £10 in store or online as part of the retailer’s much-loved £10 Tuesday day of sales – a saving of almost £20.

Enriched with antioxidants, Midnight Regenerative Cream has shoppers praising its luxurious texture and helps to support skin’s natural renewal process while you sleep, with users reporting softer, smoother, firmer skin.

Not only are these £10 Tuesday prices only available for 24 hours, popular products do sometimes sell out quickly. If that’s the case and this Boots deal has ended, the next cheapest place you’ll find this L’Oréal cream is on Amazon for £11, or at Superdrug for £14.99.

“Love this product. My skin glows after only two weeks using it. Getting loads of compliments on my facial skin,” one customer commented about it on the Boots website.

“I’m 72 years and for the last two weeks I have been using both the Midnight Serum and Night Cream having been unable to get my usual skincare range. I am absolutely delighted how these have my skin so plump and even those horrid little lines around my lips are looking less visible,” another five-star review reads. “I’ve had quite a few compliments about how well I look!! I will continue using these now. Wonderful luxury texture and smell.”

One shopper even remarked that they’d switched from a much pricier brand after trying this: “I normally buy Estée Lauder serums etc but due to cost of living I thought I would try to save some money. I am so glad I did as I won’t be paying EL prices anymore, this stuff is better.”

One point to note, however, is that this L’Oréal night cream is fragranced, something that a couple of shoppers have knocked a star off for (“It’s very floral and it stays scented on my face for ages,” one person wrote. “I’m going to discontinue using it as I can’t stand the smell. However the texture is really nice and I think the long term use would be quite good”). If you’re instead after an unscented moisturiser, No7’s Pure Retinol Night Repair Cream is fragrance-free and also down to £10 today (usually priced at £37.95).

Alternatively, there are two unfragranced moisturisers that our beauty editor Laura Mulley can’t recommend highly enough, and regularly rebuys: Medik8 Total Moisture Daily Facial Cream, from £20, and Skin Rocks The Moisturiser, £58.
