Real Madrid and Brazil wonderkid Endrick has been linked with a sensational loan move to the Premier League in January and Brighton could repeat their Ansu Fati deal
Brighton & Hove Albion have been linked with their next headline wonderkid signing with Real Madrid star Endrick reportedly on their radar. The Brazilian is seemingly certain to leave Madrid in January on loan after falling to break into Xabi Alonso’s team.
Endrick is yet to play for Los Blancos this season, with his last appearance coming on May 18. Alonso has opted to use Brahim Diaz, Rodrygo and Gonzalo Garcia off the bench when mixing his attack up.
It’s been widely reported that Madrid will allow Endrick to leave the club temporarily and Brighton have been one of the clubs linked with a move. Manchester United and Aston Villa have also been mentioned as candidates in the race to bring him to the Premier League.

Previously, the Seagulls sent shockwaves around the footballing world when they loaned Ansu Fati from Barcelona. Only a few years prior to his move to the AMEX Stadium, Fati was highly regarded as being one of the brightest stars from the Barca academy since Lionel Messi.
TEAMTalk have claimed that Brighton are ‘in the mix’ to sign Endrick, but their preference is to sign the teenager on a permanent basis. Madrid signed Endrick from Palmeiras when he was 16 for around €60million (£52.6m).
It’s been reported that Madrid are seeking Endrick’s full salary to be covered as well as the inclusion of a loan fee. The Spanish giants are also keen to know how interest teams plan to fit the wonderkid into their plans – with the young Brazilian needing to get minutes under his belt ahead of the World Cup next summer.
The Seagulls have invested heavily in the future in recent years with the signings of Charalampos Kostoulas and Stefanos Tzimas. Kostoulas came from Olympiacos for £29.8m last summer while Tzimas arrived earlier this year from German side FC Nuremberg.
Meanwhile, Danny Welbeck is on course to leave the club at the end of season when his contract expires, and it’s not yet clear whether he will put pen-to-paper to another deal. The former Manchester United striker has scored five Premier League goals this season with only Igor Thiago, Antoine Semenyo and Erling Haaland scoring more.
