The Life Changing Lip Mask is packed with effective plumping ingredients, with 94% of testers agreeing it reduces the appearance of lip lines and wrinkles
Charlotte Tilbury has launched a new lip mask with a clinically proven plumping effect, and it’s perfect for the cooler months. After dropping a mattifying version of its best-selling setting spray last week (£32), which comes in two sizes, the iconic beauty brand has just dropped a Life Changing Lip Mask.
When Content Editor Melisha Kaur spotted the £28 product at Space NK, she found it “beautifully presented, creamy and luxurious”, like many other Charlotte Tilbury buys. Offered in two shades – including the vanilla-scented Pillow Talk Fresh Glow and unfragranced Magic Sheer Glow – this lip mask contains effective plumping ingredients, with 94% of testers claiming it reduces the look of lip lines and wrinkles, and 83% saying it offers immediate lip revival.
The Charlotte Tilbury website lets users try on the product virtually, making it easy for them to choose their right shade. Despite only launching recently, Space NK testers who tried the Life Changing Lip Mask as part of a promotion are no doubt impressed by it, as all of its reviews are five-star ones, with people hailing it ‘indulgent’ and ‘high quality’.
“This lip mask feels so indulgent,” one person wrote. “The texture is rich and nourishing, instantly soothing dry lips and making them soft and comfortable. With regular use, it smooths fine lines, adds a plump look, and enhances natural lip shape.”

Available in two shades, this new Charlotte Tilbury buy is designed to work as a lip balm, lip serum, lip mask and lip primer.
Another called the packaging of the lip mask ‘stunning’, adding: “Everything about it looks high quality. I love the quilted look on top of the lid.
“The product itself is great, my lips felt more plump and hydrated. The texture is nice and smooth and doesn’t feel sticky at all. The scent is subtle but nice.”
There are other lip masks on the market that claim to nourish the pout. One of my current favourites is the Laneige Berry Lip Sleeping Mask, £16.80 from Boots (was £21), which contains fruit extracts and shea butter, while this Kiehl’s Buttermask, £18.40 (was £23), conditions the lips with coconut oil and mango butter.
While Charlotte Tilbury’s lip mask has received nothing but praise on its website, ASOS, Cult Beauty and Space NK, some customers have described the finish as ‘glossy’, however, which might not be for everyone. One ASOS reviewer said: “Leaves my lips shiny but not too shiny.
“It does have a plumping effect on your lips which I think is really great.” Those who are dreaming of a fuller pout might also want to consider trying an LED lip mask.
Currentbody’s anti-ageing LED device for lips, £189.99, is made to deliver a plumper, fuller and even-toned results, as well as promising to soften the appearance of smile and marionette lines. It’s available to buy online.
Charlotte Tilbury’s Life Changing Lip Mask is available to purchase on the website, or in stores nationwide. A description of the product reads: “No needles, just a clinically proven lip-plump effect!”
