Offering a getaway typically under £500, the historic Polish city has plenty to offer without splashing the cash.
According to the travel expert, a trip abroad averages out around £800 per person for a week, including return flights.
Except, it appears that a seven-day-long trip to Krakow comes in at roughly £400 each, with Prague listed at an average of £481, so it seems like a no-brainer where Brits should be heading this month.

Being the second-largest city in the country, Krakow is also one of the oldest and has often been cited as one of the most beautiful in Europe.
The city houses a well-preserved old town which was declared a World Heritage Site in 1978 and became one of the first in the entire world to receive such a status under UNESCO.
This, paired with its affordable food and drink, quaint cobbled streets and its close proximity to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum for tourists interested in history, makes for an ideal getaway in the colder months.
