One chilling moment led police to discover evidence at Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner’s chilling lair – the site held sick items like pictures of young children and chemicals
Bombshell evidence found at a property owned by Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner was only uncovered because of one chilling moment. Police searched the abandoned factory – which the suspect had bought in 2008, one year after Madeleine’s disappearance – in 2016.
They made several disturbing discoveries including a hard drive and a case full of photos of little children – the terrifying details of which have only just been made public. Police only came across these horrifying finds after they were led to what appeared to be a grave on the property in Neuwegersleben, central Germany, by an unlikely investigator.

The convicted sex offender’s abandoned factory, deep in the German woods, had not been searched until a dog ran inside and sniffed out the grave, which held Brueckner’s dead dog.
A shocking discovery was made below his dead pet as Brueckner had also buried a wallet with six USB sticks and two memory cards. This odd find prompted 100 cops to launch a full search of the creepy compound where eight disturbing finds were made – which have just been revealed by The Sun.
These included a case full of pictures of children who were four and five years old, bottles full of chemicals, guns, and a creepy mask. A Jaguar car matching the description of Brueckner’s vehicle was also inside the abandoned lair.
Other vital pieces of information included a collection of 75 children’s swimsuits and kids toys. The most crucial piece of evidence was a hard drive which police have been particularly tight-lipped about.
Other pieces of sick evidence shared recently include details of a horror plot the suspect had shared in a Skype group chat infested with fellow paedophiles. Records revealed Brueckner’s plan to “capture something small and use it for days”.
Police also discovered materials that revealed the suspect’s disgusting obsession with abusing children. Cops reportedly came across a story Brueckner wrote about drugging a mother and daughter outside a school before abusing a four-year-old blonde girl.
Brueckner was late last year cleared of rape charges in a separate case. The German is already serving a seven year sentence for raping a 72-year-old woman in 2005 in the Portuguese resort of Praia da Luz. He has denied any involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance.
Madeleine was three years old when she vanished from a holiday apartment complex in Praia da Luz on May 3 2007, sparking a Europe-wide police investigation that is ongoing.
