Costa fans are delighted by the return of the chain’s most loved seasonal drinks for autumn – and some new menu items have also been added to make the cosy season even better
With autumn on its way, the leaves falling and the darker nights closing in, what better way to get in the mood than with a hot drink? And Costa Coffee have launched their much loved seasonal drinks to get you in the spirit.
The return of the Maple Hazel range returns alongside a variety of new drinks crafted to bring comfort for slow, chillier mornings. The Maple Hazel Latte (which can also come iced), Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate and the Maple Hazel Frappe have all returned nationwide, delivering the sweet nutty flavour that has become a seasonal favourite.
What’s more, the Maple Hazel Latte and Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate are available for those on-the-go this season at Costa Express machines nationwide. And, for those who want to recreate the flavour at home, Barista Creations Maple Hazel Latte Sachets are returning to supermarket shelves too.

There are also some food items returning such as the roast chicken and bacon sandwich, sticky pecan mini loaf, chocolate and salted caramel cake, gingernut loaf cake and iced ghost gingerbread biscuits.
While there are some new menu picks making their debut too, such as the new salami, mozzarella and hot honey panini, maple hazelnut cookie sandwich, and a Halloween cornflake cake.
Nishant Bhatia, Costa Coffee’s global food and beverage innovation director, says: “This Autumn, we’ve brought back the flavours our customers know and love, like the iconic Maple Hazel drinks range, alongside new, tasty products from the Salami, Mozzarella and Hot Honey Panini to the Maple Hazelnut Cookie Sandwich.
“From comforting drinks to indulgent bites, the menu is crafted to become part of your Autumn rituals, whether it’s a morning moment of calm, a cosy treat on a crisp afternoon, or even new beginnings like starting university.”
Costa announced the new range on Instagram, and people are raving about the return of the autumnal flavours. One person commented: “Omg I loooooove the maple range,” while a second chimed: “Yeees my favourite is back.”
The chain will also be introducing its new ready to drink Double Shot + Caramel option which blends Costa’s signature espresso with velvety milk, caramel flavour, and added B vitamins.
