Dunelm has slashed prices on thousands of home and garden items as part of its summer sale – and we’ve picked out some of the best deals and discounts to shop now
With summer on the horizon, Dunelm has launched its seasonal sale with up to 50% off on home furnishings, garden items, and accessories. The retailer has quickly become one of my go-to places for new furniture, home accessories, and garden essentials.
As a shopping writer, I’m constantly browsing the latest offerings from my favourite homeware retailers, including Marks and Spencer and Habitat (who also have several discounts on their website at the moment).
Dunelm, in particular, seems to be quick to adopt the latest interior trends while keeping prices within my budget. Occasionally, they even manage to offer items that resemble higher-end home goods I’ve seen online but at a fraction of the cost (their version of the Gluggle jug sells for a maximum of £44, which is a relief when the originals can go for over £100).

As a shopping writer (and self-confessed interiors enthusiast), I’ve taken it upon myself to sift through the pages of discounted items to pick out just a few of my favourites (some of which have already found their way into my online basket).
Dried Flowers Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set – starting from £7
Florals and summer are a match made in heaven, so if you’re looking to spruce up your bedroom for the season without having to crack open a tin of paint, this neutral-toned floral-print bedding is an excellent option. Despite its subtle, earthy colours, they’re adaptable enough to fit into nearly any bedroom, and the set is available in four sizes: single, double, king, and super king.
All sets come with two standard pillow cases, except for the single set, which includes one.
If you grow weary of the dried floral print, the set can be flipped over to reveal a plain white side. The polycotton bedding has been slashed by 50% as part of the sale.
The single set is now a steal at just £7 (down from £14), and the double is on offer for £10 (down from £20). The king size is reduced to £12 (originally £24), and the super king size is now only £15 (originally £30).
Striped Snuggle Chair – save 20%
Dunelm’s snuggle chair range has been on my radar since their launch last year due to their luxurious appearance. Granted, they aren’t the most affordable items in the range, but they exude such a high-end aesthetic and practically invite you to nestle into one with a good book.
The snuggle chairs are available in a variety of colours and patterns, but the pale blue stripe snuggle chair is currently discounted by 20% as part of the summer sale. The nautical pinstripes and light colourway give it a breezy, coastal vibe. Moreover, pale blues have already been a hit in interior design for 2025 – a trend that doesn’t seem to be fading.
Usually priced at £399, you can now grab this chair for just £319.20, which, according to Dunelm’s price history checker, is the lowest it’s ever been.
While it might be a bit of an investment, previous customers have left positive reviews, giving the item a score of 4.8 out of a possible five stars. One customer said: “I saw this chair in store and ordered as soon as I had checked measurements at home. It is perfect for the space. It is very comfortable and can seat one or two people. It looks expensive; the material is very thick and of good quality.”
Garden Chair and Footstool Set – Save £80
The mini heatwave we experienced earlier this month had me rushing to my outdoor space to get everything sorted. So, if you’re like me and thinking about getting your garden organised, a comfy place to sit and soak up the sun should be a top priority.
This Sesto garden chair and footstool set immediately caught my eye because they exude boho vibes that wouldn’t look out of place poolside at a trendy hotel.
Dunelm has revealed that their chair is crafted from eco-friendly Acacia Wood and poly rope weave, ensuring “durability.”
The trend for woven outdoor furniture has seen a surge in popularity over recent years, largely due to its resilience against weather changes whilst maintaining a modern, chic look. Currently, the furniture set is available at its lowest ever price on Dunelm’s website (as per their price history checker), reduced from £429 to £343.20.
Storage ottoman – now 30% cheaper
In 2024, experts from Barker and Stonehouse declared curved furniture as one of the top trends, and even though we’re nearly halfway through a new year, it seems the soft, rounded edges are here to stay. Whether you’re after a small bench-turned-storage space for your hallway or something to place at the end of your bed, this is an excellent choice.
With its neutral colour scheme and Scandinavian-inspired light wooden features, it’ll seamlessly blend into almost any room. The ottoman usually sells for £149, but with a 30% discount in the summer sale, it’s now priced at £104.30.
Arched Full Length Mirror – now under £100
Every home needs a full-length mirror for outfit planning and dressing up. Arched mirrors add a classic touch of elegance and architectural flair to any room.
With its soft, curved top, an arched mirror gives a sense of height and openness, making rooms feel more spacious and welcoming.
So, when I noticed Dunelm’s Arched Full Length mirror on offer for under £100, it instantly piqued my interest.
Dunelm’s arched curved mirror comes in black and grey, but the gold-framed mirror truly stands out. As part of the sale, you can snag the mirror for £84, a 30% discount from its regular price tag of £120, reports the Express.
