Ingredients:
80g wholemeal flour
80g plain flour
100g cold butter, chopped
100g cheddar, finely grated
One small rosemary sprig, finely chopped
One large egg yolk
Method:
To start, mix 80g of wholemeal flour with an equal amount of plain flour and rub in 100g of cold, chopped butter until the mixture has a breadcrumb-esque texture, the Express reports.
