One holidaymaker said: “The Sykes app is very easy to use and once your choice is made it’s also very easy to book. All the information from this point forward is readily available in the app. Can’t fault it.”
Another added: “Have used Sykes Holiday Cottages for years. No issues using the website to search for cottages, easy to book and pay, and good communication throughout the process.”
Sadly some guests were less impressed with the service. One disappointed booker said: “We have booked some amazing properties through Sykes but was very disappointed that when requesting an additional days stay they chose to charge £30 admin charge and weren’t prepared to compromise!”
