The brand says the machine allows for ‘effortless brewing, delivering rich and aromatic coffee in seconds’
Shoppers searching for gifts for the retro lover or coffee connoisseur might be in luck with savings at Yimbly. The Living and Home Retro Coffee Machine is currently heavily discounted – for a ‘limited time special’.
The machine is currently priced at £69.91, reduced from £86, and Yimbly says it is ‘perfect for pulling pure espresso shots or making cappuccinos with cafe-quality results’. Yimbly is an online marketplace owned by the Mirror’s parent company, Reach Plc.
The machine boasts a 20-bar high-pressure extraction system, with a 92 degrees Celsius optimal temperature control, to fully release coffee’s aroma and oils. Available in a retro cream colour, with glossy, silver accents, this product has a large 1.5l water tank, offering ‘generous capacity’, making it the ideal present for coffee lovers who can’t go without their home brew.

The machine also only weighs 3.9kg, making it easy to reposition, while an easy-to-clean drip tray makes ‘maintenance quick and hassle-free’, Yimbly says. In the box, buyers will receive the espresso machine along with a funnel, filter, scoop and user manual. The brand says its one-touch operation allows for ‘effortless brewing, delivering rich and aromatic coffee in seconds’.
Shoppers could also look at Dunelm’s Salter Manual Espresso Machine, currently priced at £64, from £80, saving a handy 20%. It has a 1.6-litre tank capacity, a 15-bar pressure pump and 850W of power, delivering ‘rich, aromatic espresso with every pour’, the brand says.

Shoppers leaving reviews on Living and Home’s Trustpilot page found the value offered for its products to be good. One shopper said: “It was reasonably priced, well packed, and delivery was on time. Lovely modern design and it does the job perfectly, adding a touch of class to the room.”
Another shopper was impressed with the delivery service. They said: “Great service, fast delivery and lovely product.”
A third, also from Living and Home’s Trustpilot, added about their purchase: “The fireplace looks even better than expected, and delivery was quick! I would definitely recommend this product!”
Not all shoppers felt the same, however. One said: “I ordered the wrong size item and the process of returning and re-ordering went quite smoothly. The only issue I have is, the telephone communication is not good enough. You have to leave a message and wait for them to contact you.”
Another added that although they had issues with the Evri delivery service, Living and Home quickly changed couriers. On Trustpilot, they said: “No complaints with Living and Home. The only problem was with Evri, the couriers. Thankfully, Living and Home used a different courier the second time, and they were terrific.”
