Adli is known for their extremely similar dupes of popular brand products and has now launched a chocolate bar strikingly similar to a Cadbury version – and it even comes as an Easter egg version as well
Aldi fans are raving about a new chocolate bar inspired by a popular Cadbury’s invention – and some say it’s even better than the original.
The Cadbury’s Marvellous Creations bar is a popular choice for those with a real sweet tooth, as it’s packed with popping candy and chewy sweets inside the classic milk chocolate bar. But Aldi delighted chocolate fans when they launched the Dairyfine Curious Inventions bar, which comes in white or milk chocolate and is filled with popping candy and cherry jellies, which has long been compared to the Cadbury favourite.
The strikingly similar bars have been a firm favourite with Aldi fans, and now the bargain supermarket has released the extremely popular bar in an egg form ahead of Easter for just £3.99 as well.

The Cadbury’s Marvellous creations bar will set shoppers back £2.37 while the Aldi version is just £1.65 – saving shoppers 50p, and according to fans who have tasted both, Aldi has been revealed as the favourite.
Chocolate lovers took to the popular Facebook page Snack Reviews, where one shopper penned: “Cheaper fix for my Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations addiction lol,” and another said: “‘Looks better than the Cadbury ones, they barely have much of the good bits inside anymore.”
However true Cadbury’s fans disagreed, as one person wrote: “Not even comparison to the Cadburys version. It’s a definite no from our house”. A second called it cheap and said: “Didn’t rate them last time they had them in, you can tell they are a cheap chocolate bar” and a third echoed: “That chocolate looks horrible and cheap.”
It’s not just the Marvellous Creations dupe that has delighted fans, as one eagle-eyed shopper spotted more identical chocolate treats. User @serious.snacks.series has become popular on social media thanks to her amazing food recommendations, and she took a video of “exciting new chocolate products at Aldi”, asking people whether they’d managed to try them yet. She wrote over the top of the clip that it “looks 10/10”
One of them included some chocolate-covered Nice biscuits, and she’d “never seen these before”. She said she “loves a cheap biscuit” At the end of the video, she encouraged people to let her know if they’d tried the dupes, and what they thought of them.
