The likes of Joanna Lumley, Alison Steadman and other huge stars will be joining BBC Radio 2 in the coming week, replacing stars as the station heads into the summer holidays
The BBC has announced its presenting line-up for the next week as stars from Doctor Who, Gavin and Stacey and Stranger Things take over its radio stations. As we head into the summer holidays, radio fans can expect a number of famous voices to hit the airwaves as they fill in for regular Radio 2 and Radio 6 stars.
Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard will be filling in for Craig Charles on 6 Music on Monday 28 July, while Gavin and Stacey’s Alison Steadman will be taking over the Scott Mills Breakfast Show with Here We Go co-star Jim Howick on Wednesday.
The following day, Doctor Who’s Billie Piper will be joining her Wednesday co-star Joanna Lumley on the same show.
