As Prime Day comes to an end, there are still plenty of deals you can shop tonight before the discounts are taken off the table. As a Shopping Writer, I’ve been going through Amazon’s Prime Day deals to find the best products you could buy at a fraction of their normal price. With savings up to £220, I’ve found the ten things I’ll be shopping for before the Prime Day deals end, with everything from sweet treats to household gadgets.

However, you’ll want to act quickly to catch these offers before they’re gone, as Prime Day is set to end tonight at 11:59 p.m.

1. The 850g Cadbury Dairy Milk Gift Bar

Was £14.02, now £9.34

Chocolate lovers (like myself) will be thrilled to hear that Amazon’s massive deals event has slashed a ‘massive’ Cadbury Dairy Milk bar. The 850g Cadbury Dairy Milk Gift Bar usually costs £14.02, but we can now scoop one up for just £9.34, offering a discount of 33%. To put it another way, it costs £1.10 per 100g.

This deal is more cost-effective than buying a 360g bar at Tesco, which costs £5 and works out to be £1.39 per 100g. At Sainsbury’s, the 180g bars cost £2.50, equating to £1.53 per 100g, and Asda sells the 180g bars for £2.48, costing £1.38 per 100g.

2. Andrex Ultimate Quilts Toilet Tissue 36-Pack

Was £27.80, now £18

Much the same as the above option, for those of us looking to save a few pennies as and when we can, bulk-ordered products we use on a regular basis can help shave off some pounds from the weekly shop. For instance, every household is going to need loo roll sooner rather than later, and Amazon is now offering a 36-pack of Andrex toilet rolls for just £18 – this works out at 50p per roll.

The same 36-pack of toilet tissue is currently selling for £27.80 at Tesco.

3. Rinsmola Wireless Earphones

Were £129.99, now £19.99

We all need a pair of decent, noise-cancelling headphones that provide decent audio for music, phone calls, audiobooks and podcasts – but we may not all fancy paying the high prices of Apple AirPods or Beats. These Rinsmola Wireless Earphones could be just the ticket.

Thanks to ultra-light nanomaterials, these earbuds boast an IP7 waterproof rating, making them resistant to dust and rain – perfect for outdoor activities and sports.

With a playtime of up to 36 hours, these Bluetooth earbuds can last eight hours on a single charge, with an additional 36 hours provided by the charging case. The dual LED battery display allows you to monitor the power status of the charging box and each earphone precisely when charging.

4. Slumberdown Feels Like Down King Size Duvet

Was £31.19, now £20.46

We’re into day two of Amazon’s Prime Day deals, and now is a great opportunity to snap up some winter essentials. One thing we’ll all be thinking about in the coming weeks is swapping our bedding for a setup that’ll keep us warmer as the weather drops.

Changing your duvet is the quickest and easiest way to keep you extra cosy during the winter, and Amazon has just slashed the price of the 13.5 tog Slumberdown Feels Like Down King Size Duvet . Usually priced at £31.19 for a king size duvet, it’s now just £20.46, whilst a double is £19.67, a single is £16.22, whilst a super king duvet is now £23.29.

5. Skechers Women’s On the Go Joy Bundle Up Ankle Boots

Were £69, now £44.99

As the seasons change, it’s not just our wardrobes that need refreshing. Alongside our clothing selections, we’ll also need to upgrade our footwear to something more suitable.

The darker months mean we’ll probably want to keep our feet both dry and warm, and we’ve found one pair of Skechers boots that ticks all the boxes – and they’re currently on offer. The footwear brand’s Women’s On the Go Joy Bundle Up Ankle Boots are described as a “practical” choice for this time of year, and on Amazon they’ve been reduced from £69 to £49.99, providing a 28 per cent discount off the RRP.

6. Oral-B iO5 Electric Toothbrush

Was £280, now £84.99

Amazon has dramatically reduced the price of a highly-rated Oral-B toothbrush, which is claimed to give your teeth a ‘dentist clean’ feel. The Oral-B iO5 Electric Toothbrush is currently available for £84.99, a whopping 70% off its usual price of £280, and comes in black, white or pink.

The iO5 is said to remove 100% more plaque and up to 160% more between teeth than a manual brush, leading to healthier gums within a week of use, according to the brand.

It’s dentist-inspired round brush head cleans with micro-vibrations and oscillating action, while a pressure sensor alerts you if you’re brushing too hard or too soft for an effective clean. The iO5 is touted as featuring Oral-B’s ‘most advanced technology’ and can be used with the AI-powered Oral-B app, which monitors your brushing habits in real-time to ensure optimal cleanliness.

7. Antler Discovery Backpack

Was Was £140, now £112

If you’re looking for a backpack that works for everything from commuting to long weekends away, Antler’s popular Discovery Backpack has been slashed in the Prime Day sale by 20%. With a generous 28L capacity, this bag is roomy enough to fit everything you need while also meeting strict airline requirements.

Our fashion director, Michelle, tested this bag last year and loved the convenience. Michelle said: “I flew with Ryanair to Pisa and I breezed through all their strict luggage checks,” adding, “I also managed to fit four days’ worth of outfits in it, plus it has helpful compartments to split up and put in your liquids.”

8. Kindle Scribe

Was £329.99, now £199.99

Whilst Amazon Prime Day is great for saving money on essentials or getting a head start on Christmas shopping, it’s also the perfect opportunity to pick up a big ticket item that you’ve been eyeing up for a while. And one great deal we’ve spotted is the Kindle Scribe which now has a huge £132 saving.

Usually priced at £329.99, the 2022 version of the note-taking Kindle has now been slashed to £199.99. You can also pick it up with a three month free Kindle Unlimited subscription for the same price whilst the Prime Day deal lasts.

9. Deenkee Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop

Was £359.99, now £139.99

This dual-action vacuum and mop gadget would normally cost a steep £359.99, but Amazon customers can now pick one up for the much more affordable price of £139.99 thanks to this Amazon Prime Day deal.

Wave goodbye to switching between devices. The S2 MAX robot vacuum cleaner with mop effortlessly vacuums debris, sweeps dust, and simultaneously mops floors in a single pass, making it an ideal choice for hardwood, tile, and linoleum flooring. The 2-in-1 dustbin and water tank are easy to remove and clean, making your cleaning routine incredibly convenient and saving you valuable time.

Boasting an ultra-thin design, measuring 3 inches tall, this little whiz effortlessly glides under sofas, beds, and cabinets where traditional vacuums can’t reach. This slim profile ensures a comprehensive clean, capturing hidden dirt in those hard-to-reach areas and making every corner of your home dust-free.

10. Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone Digital Air Fryer

Was £229.99, now £119.99

The Foodi MAX Dual Zone Air Fryer is currently enjoying a price cut in Amazon’s early Prime Day deals, dropping from £229.99 to £179.99.

The Ninja Foodi MAX air fryer, lauded for its twin cooking compartments that allow separate dishes to be cooked simultaneously, has been creating quite a stir.

Boasting six adaptable cooking modes – Max Crisp, Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Reheat, and Dehydrate – this appliance is transforming kitchen worktops by offering an array of culinary options, from crisping frozen treats to reheating yesterday’s leftovers. Additionally, Ninja claims that its air-frying function cuts fat consumption by up to 75%.
