Home Bargains shoppers have been pleased to see a 99p item return to stores in time for Christmas, which they say is ‘so helpful’
Home Bargains shoppers are keeping on top of their early Christmas shopping with ease thanks to a handy 99p item. With presents, food and other things to get sorted before December 25th, it can be a major stress if there is little to no planning.
And, even if your intentions are there, you could easily lose track of things – or spend more than you needed – if you’re not careful. Thankfully, Home Bargains has a simple solution in the form of its Christmas Planner, which shoppers are taking full advantage of.
Online, it is claimed that front cover designs “may vary” but the inside of each book is exactly the same. Priced at 99p in stores, shoppers in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group gave nothing but praise to the item that “saves Christmas”.
One savvy shopper who picked up a copy said: “Love love love what I found in Home Bargains today for 99p. Organiser for my favourite time of year.” She added that there would be “no more scrap bits of paper scribbled on” and it is going to be “all sorted in one book”.
Inside, the booklet is divided into sections to keep you on track – such as cards, presents, food and drink as well as any extra plans you have spread out by the months surrounding Christmas. There is also a very handy “additional notes” section at the back for all those bits and pieces that don’t fit into one of the ready-made sections.
One replied: “I need me one of these!” Another added: “I’m forever losing lists so having a pretty book will keep me organised!”
A third commented: “I buy one of these every year. They literally save Christmas for me or we’d get nothing done!”
Someone else shared a tip that’ll be handy if you’re also in charge of the big Christmas dinner. She said: “There also a meal planner section in them too!”
A fifth person was pleased to see the book return, writing: “They’re back! Get one every Christmas and have never been so organised!”
One TikTok user (@elinathaci2123) shared her book and showed that it came with a separate smaller notepad for those little one-off notes you need to make in a hurry. It also saves you from spoiling a page by making a mistake or taking the bigger book out with you on the go, she said.
