Grace Jackson has wowed skincare fanatics with her ultra-dewy and texture-free skin, and the blonde bombshell has revealed the one product she swears by every day
Love Island star Grace Jackson had fans in awe of her perfect skin – and she’s shared the one secret ingredient she swears by to keep her face glowing.
The All Stars runner-up sported a bare face most days in the villa, and her dewy complexion had fans wondering what she uses to give her skin the glass like appearance.
Known for her natural style, staying away from heavy makeup and plumping for more of a sheer glow, the Manchester beauty’s skincare regime is something all beauty fans are after.
With many people reaching for retinol, niacinamide or hylauronic acid serums for a glowly complextion, Grace’s choice is something a little more organic.
In one of the star’s YouTube videos titled ‘What I eat in a day!’ Grace shared her beauty secrets with her fans, including the product she says helps with her skin health. She revealed it was Mylas Moss, an organic sea moss gel and said: “I rave about this to everybody! I tell everybody about this,” and continued: “This is not sponsored, it’s not an ad. It is just something that has completely transformed my gut health, my skin, my overall health, my immune system – just everything about it I love!”
Seamoss is a superfood that you can add into your diet, and is jam packed with essential nutrients, and has long been used for skincare, wellness and nutritional products thanks to the high mineral content including iodine, magnesium, calcium, and vitamins A, C, and E.
It can either be applied to the face and rinsed off like a face mask or it can be consumed – with the recommended dose being two tablespoons a day – and can be added to smoothies, teas, or soups.
Dr Nora, cosmetic and medical dermatology doctor shared the three main benefits to incorporating sea moss into your routine and said: “Sea moss is rich in antioxidants, which help combat free radical damage, potentially reducing signs of ageing. It contains sulfur, known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for acne-prone skin. Its natural hydrating qualities also support a healthy skin barrier,” as reported by Cosmopolitan UK.
She then said the second benefit is hair growth and scalp health due to the iodine and minerals which will help nourish the scalp and help promote stronger shiner hair – and contains antimicrobial properties that can assist with scalp conditions like dandruff or irritation.
Finally it can also help strengthen nails and Dr Nora said: “With its high mineral content, including calcium and iron, sea moss may support stronger, healthier nails by improving keratin production.”
You can buy sea moss supplements from Holland and Barrett for £15.99 or you can buy the gel Grace loves from Mylas Moss for £15.
