Chelsea are set to face AC Milan in their final pre-season friendly of the summer, and there’s a number of ways that football fans can tune in to watch clash of the Premier League and Serie A giants for free
Chelsea play AC Milan on Sunday as they wrap up a brief pre-season. The Blues were not afforded the luxury of an immediate layover following the culmination of the Premier League season, as they headed off to the Club World Cup alongside Manchester City.
It was a move that paid dividends for both Enzo Maresca and his squad, as they blazed through the competition to be crowned champions courtesy of a 3-0 walkover of PSG in last month’s final. A brace from Cole Palmer and a goal from new signing Joao Pedro was enough to get the job done on the day.
After a brief rest period, Chelsea recently returned to training to sharpen up ahead of a fresh Premier League campaign, facing Erik ten Hag’s Bayer Leverkusen on Friday ahead of their showdown with AC Milan this afternoon. While a generous attendance is expected to travel to watch Chelsea ahead of their Premier League opener with Crystal Palace, many will instead watch from the comfort of their homes for free.
