How to watch England vs Andorra: TV channel, live stream and kick-off time

By staff6 September 2025No Comments3 Mins Read

England’s World Cup qualification campaign continues with the visit of Andorra on Saturday, with Thomas Tuchel’s side winning all three of their group games so far

England will look to continue their perfect record in World Cup qualifying as they take on Andorra at Villa Park. Thomas Tuchel has three wins from three in Group K, beating Albania and Latvia on home soil as well as today’s opponents in Spain back in June.

The German boss did, however, suffer his first taste of defeat in charge of the Three Lions after that victory, falling to a 3-1 friendly loss against Senegal in Nottingham before the summer break. He’ll expect to get back to winning ways against the nation ranked 174th in the world by FIFA.

The minnows should serve as a warm-up for a tricky trip to Serbia in the second outing of the international break next week. Ahead of the match, Mirror Football brings you all you need to know to tune in.

What time is England vs Andorra?

Finnish referee Mohammad Al-Emara will get the action between the Three Lions and their opponents underway in Birmingham at 5pm UK time on Saturday.

What channel is England vs Andorra on?

ITV will air coverage of the World Cup qualifier, having regained the TV rights to England’s men’s fixtures from Channel 4 last year. Host Mark Pougatch will be joined by Roy Keane and Ian Wright on punditry duties.

They’ll begin the build-up to kick-off at 4pm on ITV1. If you’re on the go, you’ll be able live stream on ITVX, the broadcaster’s streaming and on-demand service.

What’s the England team news?

Tuchel had to make changes to his initial squad after Adam Wharton sustained an injury in Crystal Palace’s 3-0 win away at Aston Villa last Sunday. Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Jarell Quansah were subsequently called up.

There could be senior international debuts on the cards for both Djed Spence and Elliot Anderson. Spence’s would be a particularly momentous occasion as he’d become the first Muslim player to represent the Three Lions.

Trent Alexander-Arnold was the most notable admission following his move to Real Madrid. Tuchel’s missing a trio of big names in Jude Bellingham, Cole Palmer and Bukayo Saka through injury.

He admitted “the competition is on” ahead of next summer’s World Cup. “I don’t like the phone calls [telling players they are not included] but I kind of like them because it shows we have players pushing and players fighting for a place in the squad,” he said.

“That’s exactly what we want. We have made the squad more tight, more competitive. We have to create a better feeling, we have to bring more energy.”
