West Yorkshire Police said: “Police were called to Bulay Road, Huddersfield at 3.02pm this afternoon to a report a firearm had been discharged there. Three males were reported to have sustained injuries, with suspects fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
“Emergency services attended and the victims have been taken to hospital for treatment. Initial enquiries are ongoing and a number of officers are currently in the area to investigate the incident, and also reassure residents.
“Anyone who saw or has footage of what occurred is asked to contact Kirklees Police on 999 referencing police log 1114 of 22 July. Information can also be given to the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
