A man has been left devastated after finding out his wife has been cheating on him with not one but two other people – and the way he learned the news made him feel “sick”
There’s no nice way to find out you’ve been cheated on – but this might be one of the worst.
If you’ve ever discovered your partner is cheating on you, you’ll know how devastating it can feel. It’s almost worse to uncover their infidelity than it is for them to come clean, as at least their honesty shows some level of remorse for what they did. But one man has said he found out about his wife’s affair in the worst possible way.
The man said he recently discovered that his wife has been having an affair with her best friend, but things don’t just stop there. The best friend in question is currently engaged, and his wife has been cheating on him with both her best friend and her fiancé at the same time.

But the way the man found out about her affair is what shocked him the most. In a post on Reddit, he said he saw his wife “sneaking a sex toy” back into their house after spending the night at her friend’s.
He shared: “I caught my wife sneaking our sex toy back into the house after an overnight at her best friend’s house. The best friend lives with her fiancé. My wife was swinging with this couple.
“Looking back now, it’s clear that it was happening our entire relationship with this friend and other men (before the fiancé came into the picture). I had no choice but to divorce the woman I loved and wanted to be with forever.”
In the comments, the man responded to some people who had asked for more information about the affair. He clarified that his wife never confessed to her infidelity, and tried to claim that the “toy never left the house” – even though he caught her with it. He also claimed she had been acting “suspiciously” with her friend for 18 years, and the issue with the toy was just the final straw that told him it was time for a divorce.
Commenters were sympathetic toward the man, with many saying they were sorry to hear what he’d been through. Others also said he was doing the right thing for his own happiness, even if getting a divorce is difficult.
One person said: “I’m so sorry to hear this. You must feel awful right now. I guess it’s good you found out so you can take action and move on with your life.” Another added: “I can’t imagine how you feel. The quicker you end it. The quicker you will feel better. I hope you find someone who will love you and you only.”
