‘I found a genius travel storage hack to protect and organise your sunglasses on holiday’

I found the perfect way to store sunglasses safely while travelling, with this clever storage hack which lets you pack five different pairs and makes them easy to display on holiday

When you’re travelling, there are so many clever ways to pack and store your makeup, jewellery and clothes, but keeping your sunglasses safely organised is a little trickier. However I recently stumbled across this absolutely genius sunglasses organiser from Saint and Sofia, which lets you store up to five pairs of sunglasses safely.

The Sunglasses Multi Case has slots for five different pairs of sunnies, and then rolls up into a solid, sturdy travel case that fits neatly into your suitcase or bag. What’s more, though, is when it’s unrolled it can be laid flat or hung up to give you instant access to all your glasses, making it easier to find which pairs you packed.

The Sunglasses Multi Case (£99) has been one of my favourite travel organising finds to date, and as a chronic overpacker I’m always keen to find things that make displaying and arranging my things easier once I get to the hotel. With the multi case, all my glasses are in one place so I don’t need to worry about losing them, and it lets me see which pairs I have at a glance.

Each glasses pocket is lined with red velvet microfibre material which cushions them from any impact and prevents scratching on your lenses. The case itself is made from leather with a patent croc-embossed finish, and has a rigid, solid structure which means it won’t get crushed or damaged.

It fits almost every style of sunglasses I own inside, although some of my larger framed shades made it impossible to roll up. However when it was laid flat or hanging they fit inside fine, so that’s definitely something to be aware of if you favour a larger pair of glasses.

If you do need something for bigger sunglasses, this Jewellery Accessory Box (£45) gives you space to store your jewellery and a single pair of sunglasses. You could also snap up this bargain 3-Slot Travel Glasses Organizer from Amazon for £14.99, which gives you three slots in a simple flat travel case.

However the hanging function of the Saint and Sofia Sunglasses Multi Case is truly genius; the loop fits over a door handle, hook or nail and hangs securely. Not only does this make it great for unpacking and storing your glasses in a hotel, but it also means it can double as storage when you’re at home too.

When you don’t want it hanging, it rolls up into a stunning vintage-inspired travel case that fits on a dressing table or tabletop, ready to be accessed when you’re leaving the house. It’s not often I get excited about packing anything, but the combination of practicality and chicness of this storage case might just be the thing to make packing more fun.
